With over twelve years of hands on experience working with children and families, Jasmine understands that trust isn’t given lightly…it’s earned. Her approach is warm, attentive, and grounded in the belief that every family is different.
Care is always thoughtfully tailored to suit your household, routines, and expectations — because no two homes are the same.
What began as a passion for helping mums feel supported has grown into a trusted helping hand for families across the Macedon Ranges.

Booking is simple! You can book any of our services – babysitting, nanny support, or pet sitting – via our contact form or send us a message. Let us know the date, time, and any details about your family or pets.
Absolutely! We offer 20-minute free meet and greets or 2-hour paid trial shifts, so you can feel confident and comfortable with the person caring for your children or pets.
No worries! You’ll receive your carer’s mobile number in your welcome email so that you can contact them on the day of your booking if you’re running early or late. Please keep all other communication (such as scheduling changes, cancellations, or future bookings) strictly with Jasmine, who manages all services.
All payments are made directly to Mummy’s Lil Helper. We recommend paying on the spot, which helps if plans change or shifts run early/late. You’ll receive full payment instructions in your welcome email and calendar booking.
We understand plans change! Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, but exceptions can be made for illness or unforeseen circumstances. Contact Jasmine directly to discuss rescheduling or alternative arrangements for your children or pets.
Our team is based in the Macedon Ranges and regularly services surrounding suburbs including Gisborne, Romsey, Riddells Creek, Kyneton, and Sunbury. You’re welcome to enquire about other areas – some carers are happy to travel for longer shifts.
