Our regular cleans cover the everyday upkeep of your home. Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted and wiped down, and bins emptied.

What isn’t included as standard
We would rather you know upfront. These aren’t part of a regular clean, but ask us and we’ll quote them separately:

Natural products, safe around kids and pets
Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment, so there is nothing for you to buy or leave out.
Every product we use is natural, eco friendly and synthetic free, sourced locally from a small Melbourne business. They are lightly scented with essential oils, and we can order fragrance free options on request.

What to expect from your first clean
A first clean is a different job to a regular one. If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while there is usually a build up to work through, so it takes longer and it is genuinely hard work.
Grime and dust can also resettle, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. It normally takes a few regular visits before things stay consistently clean between cleans. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, please tell us. We would much rather hear it and fix it.

We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly ongoing cleaning. Every clean runs on a set schedule with the same cleaner, so we don’t take one off or end of lease jobs.
Quotes are free. Send us your suburb, your house size including bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces, how often you would like a clean, and a preferred day or time. We’ll come back with a price.
No. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. Everything we use is natural, eco friendly and synthetic free, from a small Melbourne business. Products are lightly scented with essential oils, and fragrance free options are available on request.
A first clean works through whatever has built up since the last professional clean, so it takes longer than a regular visit. Built up grime and thick dust can also partially return afterwards. It usually takes a few regular visits before your home stays consistently clean between them.
Cleaning is a committed, recurring service, so we ask for at least two weeks’ notice before your next booking to cancel, put your clean on hold, or stop the service. Two weeks or more, there is no fee. Under two weeks is payable in full. Please send all cancellations to our admin team rather than your cleaner.
Yes, for sick days and holidays, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your set schedule. If you are booked fortnightly on a Monday and you’re unwell, we can usually move you to the Friday of that same week.
We clean across Gisborne, Sunbury, Macedon, Woodend, Romsey, Riddells Creek, Kyneton and the wider Macedon Ranges. If you’re just outside that, ask us anyway.
