We recently went away to Queensland for a few days, our first holiday in years because we’ve always worried about leaving our dogs and not having anyone reliable to stay at our house with them. I contacted Mummy’s Lil Helpers to see if they could help, and they organised everything quickly, easily, and with no stress. Ruby looked after our dogs, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better. Not only did she stay at our house overnight, but she went above and beyond to make sure both our dogs and I felt completely comfortable. The peace of mind knowing my fur babies were cared for so well while we were away is second to none. Exceptional service, super reasonable pricing, and such genuine care. We’ve had Ruby from Mummy’s Lil Helper baby sit our 2 children (4 & 1) and on another occasion pet sit our little anxious girl for 6 nights while we were overseas. Both times the girls from MLH have been extremely accommodating, friendly, professional and have given updates during the sitting. I’m extremely grateful for their service and the confidence to leave my babies in their care. Highly recommend!
We have used this service multiple times, both Jas and Jade. We regularly recommend Mummy’s Lil Helper to our friends and I’d like to also give a shout out here! Our kids are 3 and 6 and they have been so calm and settled after they have been baby sat by Jade or Jas. We love you guys!
I highly recommend Jasmine and Ruby. Our girls don’t always settle for people they don’t know well so for years we had a very small village to help with our kids, leaving us with very little time together as a couple. We came home after a much needed date night with our girls snuggled up with Jasmine and Ruby with raving feedback that the girls had so much fun together — no tears or worry to be seen, until our girls realised they had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! Our girls look forward to getting babysat now, asking when they get to see the girls next, counting down the days. Highly recommend both Jasmine and Ruby.
We had Jade come watch our 2 kids (7 & 2)… we were very nervous as we have not used a sitter and we are new to the area. Both Jas and Jade were very reassuring and easy to deal with. Jade come to the house to meet the kids before the day which made the process a lot easier!! The kids absolutely loved her and did not want her to leave! This positive experience has allowed us the opportunity to attend future events with the confidence that our kids will be looked after, safe and happy. Thank you so much girls!!
Highly recommend Jas for petsitting! Jas was patient with our Pomeranian in the first meeting. Jas was extremely professional and kind. She has a great personality for pet sitting and meets the animals where they are at and caters for their needs! We will be booking again and couldn’t recommend Jas more highly!

Couldn’t recommend Jas enough, she is not only extremely responsible, she has a wonderful fun manner with kids. She is the type of sitter that the kids will beg you to have come back.
