We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred babysitter, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.
All our babysitters hold Working With Children Checks, Police Checks, First Aid & CPR certification, and have reliable transport. Many of our carers also have experience with neurodivergent children.
Absolutely! We offer a 20-minute free meet & greet or a 2-hour paid trial shift so you and your children can feel comfortable and confident before the first session.
No worries! You’ll receive your babysitter’s mobile number in your welcome email so you can contact them on the day of your booking if you’re running early or late. Please keep all other communication (such as scheduling changes, cancellations, or future bookings) strictly with Jasmine, who manages all services.
All payments are made directly to Mummy’s Lil Helper. Babysitters cannot accept cash or discuss payment. Payment instructions are provided in your welcome email and booking confirmation, and you can pay on the spot or in advance.
We understand plans change! Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a $70 cancellation fee, but exceptions can be made for rescheduling, illness or unforeseen circumstances.
