About our nannies
Every nanny we place is personally vetted by Jasmine and selected for both experience and personality fit. We look for carers who are warm, nurturing, and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting children and families.
All nannies have:- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- First Aid certification
- Driver’s licence and insured car
- Formal studies and/or experience in early childhood education
- A free 20-minute meet and greet, and/or
- A paid 2-hour trial shift, so you can be confident it feels like the right fit for your family
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Our nannies can handle the school run so you don’t have to rush. We’ll get your children to school on time in the morning and be there waiting when the bell rings in the afternoon.
After pick-up, we take care of the afternoon routine — snacks, homework help, outdoor play, or whatever your family needs. It’s consistent, reliable support that fits around your schedule.
Additional hours and daytime help
Need more than just the school run? Our nannies are available for extended hours, school holiday care, or full daytime support while you work from home or head to the office.

We’re based in the Macedon Ranges and regularly support families in Gisborne, Romsey, Riddells Creek, Kyneton, Sunbury and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if we travel to you? Just ask.
All placements begin with a mandatory 20-minute meet & greet, followed by a 2-hour paid discounted trial shift.
If it feels like the right fit, we confirm a start date and agree on how long care will continue. For example, weekly on Monday’s for a 6 month period.
You’ll complete a detailed family and emergency form covering routines, allergies, medical information, locations, and emergency contacts.
You’ll also receive a recurring calendar booking confirming your agreed schedule.
Nanny services are designed for ongoing, consistent care. Most families book weekly support.
The Nanny will not work public holidays and school holiday care can either continue or be adjusted — it’s up to your family!
We understand that emergencies and sickness can happen. With sufficient notice, we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable replacement from our trusted team.
Yes. Many families continue their regular hours, while others adjust during holidays. We’ll plan this with you in advance.
No, there is no nanny placement fee. We are not an agency. We hire the nanny directly and organise wages, super, tax, and payslips for you. You don’t have to stress about any of that.
We prefer families pay directly via bank transfer on the day. Invoices are optional and available only on request.
